What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a type of therapy that uses hypnosis to help individuals overcome psychological and emotional problems.
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration that allows the client to be more receptive to suggestion. During hypnotherapy, I will guide the client into a hypnotic state and use gentle suggestions to help the client overcome negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
The goal of hypnotherapy is to help the client gain greater insight and control over thoughts, feelings, memories and behaviours, so that the client can achieve the desired outcome and improve the overall mental and emotional well-being.

Can anyone be hypnotized?
Yes, anyone can be hypnotized as long as they are willing and able to focus their attention. People with strong willpower and a high level of focus are actually more likely to be able to enter into a hypnotic state
Can I be made to do something against my will during hypnosis?
No, during hypnosis you are always in control and can choose to accept or reject any suggestions given by me. Hypnosis is not a form of mind control, and you will not do anything you are not comfortable with.
Will I remember what happened during the hypnosis session?
Most people are able to remember what happened during the session. However, some may have a temporary memory lapse, but you still get all the benefits of hypnotherapy and it is not dangerous in any way. Also, this is not the norm.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions needed varies depending on each client and the issue being treated. Some people may only need a few sessions, while others may need more. Typically, I will give an estimate of the number of sessions required to achieve the desired outcome.
Can I be stuck in hypnosis?
No, it is not possible to get stuck in hypnosis. You will come out of hypnosis naturally when the session is over and I count you out.
