Our mind is very powerful. Yet, if you’re like most people, you probably spend very little time reflecting on the way you think.
However, the way you think about yourself turns into your reality. This means that if you draw inaccurate conclusions about who you are and what you can do and you will ultimately limit your potential. .
To put it differently; the way you think influences the way you feel which then influences the way you behave. Both in a negative – and positive way.
What is NLP and why does it work?
NLP is short for “Neuro-Linguistic Programming.”
Neuro represents our senses, Linguistic refers to our language and body language and Programming refers to the way we are wired to experience the world and our surroundings through our senses, language and body language.
NLP is a therapeutic approach where I help you overcome psychological and emotional problems by modifying the way you think, feel, and behave and thereby help you create a positive flow in the dynamic between your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
This is exactly why NLP works: the techniques and tools are designed to modify the way we are programmed so we can remove unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
I often use the tools of NLP together with hypnotherapy in my therapeutic practise.
